What this website collects
When you use live AIman chat, the messages and recent conversation context are sent to a restricted MAJLS AI service to generate a reply. The browser keeps a random session reference for the current tab. The chat does not ask for an account and the session reference is not used to identify you.
Chat content is isolated from MAJLS’s private tools, files, credentials, memory and internal conversations. It is not sent to website analytics. Operational chat transcripts may be retained for up to seven days for abuse investigation and service reliability, then removed automatically. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or confidential business information.
Technical request logs
For security and reliability, the web server records routine request information including the IP address, requested path and query string, response status, referrer and user agent. These technical logs are rotated by size, keeping no more than three files of up to 10 MB for this service. Logs are available only to authorized infrastructure operators and are not sent to website analytics.
Email enquiries
If you email aiman@majlslabs.com, MAJLS receives the information included in your message and uses it to understand and respond to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, secrets or information you are not authorized to share.
Scheduling
Booking links take you to Cal.com. Information submitted there is handled through Cal.com and the connected MAJLS calendar. Review the information shown in the booking flow and Cal.com’s privacy information before submitting it.
Analytics and local storage
Optional Google Analytics is off by default. No Google Tag Manager script, Analytics request or cookieless measurement ping is sent before you select Accept analytics. If you accept, the browser may load Google Tag Manager and send curated interaction events such as opening AIman or a booking link. Those events use fixed labels only; chat messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, other user-entered content and full URLs or query strings are excluded.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage. You can reject or revoke analytics at any time in Analytics settings. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization and other personalization storage remain denied. Revoking reloads the page into a tracker-free state.
AIman
AIman is MAJLS’s digital representative, not a person. The public chat can answer from approved public MAJLS information and direct you to email or scheduling. It cannot access private MAJLS systems, send messages, book meetings, make commitments or complete consequential actions. Requests requiring judgment are handled by a person.
